I live in Pennsylvania .. saw a 2005 Merc S500 on Hemmings that Al had up. I didn’t catch the bidding action but saw it was still on after closing so I inquired. High bidder had buyers remorse I guess and backed out. Long story short I’m the new owner. I’m in PA, car in CA. Besides getting a great deal on a 05 with 61k miles, Al also got a great price on shipping.
I’m 72, bought at least 25 new and used cars in my life .. but never online and sight unseen! Scary stuff. Al provided over 100 pics and answered every question. Car hauler arrived this morning and its on its way to Harrisburg, PA.
